After a 23 year career in the entertainment industry including 10 years at ABC Television in New York, David moved to Westchester County and began a highly successful real estate practice. A consistent top seller, David earned the distinction of being Sotheby's International Realty's number one producing agent in Northern Westchester County and has consistently ranked among the top agents in the region. In 2009 David joined Houlihan Lawrence and quickly rose to be one of the company's top producing agents.
In 2018 David achieved the rank of number one residential sales broker in the entire county. His listing and 2018 sale of Hudson Pines, David Rockefeller's country estate in Sleepy Hollow, represents the highest ever residential sale in the history of Westchester County.

2019 - Listed Great Island in Darien, Connecticut, a 65 acre waterfront estate with over one mile of coastline on Long Island Sound.
2018 - Sold over $100 million of property including Hudson Pines in Sleepy Hollow and 97 Sheather Road in Bedford Corners. These transactions represent the first ever sales In Westchester County to break $30 million.
2017 - Listed three waterfront properties - 134 Pinebrook Road, Bedford, 27 Heron Lake Drive, Bedford and 14 Makepeace Hill, Waccabuc.
2016 - Sold three major estates - 842 Sleepy Hollow Rd, Scarborough, 541 Guard Hill Rd, Bedford, and 168 Hook Rd, Bedford.
2014 - Sold 340 Croton Lake Road, Bedford Corners. At $12 million this was the highest sale in the Town of Bedford since 2007.
2013 - Listed five major estate properties including 340 Croton Lake Road, Bedford Corners-$12 Million, 842 Sleepy Hollow Road, Scarborough-$9,800,000, 233 Pine Road, Briarcliff Manor-$5,350,000, 310 Dingle Ridge Road, North Salem-$5,900,000 and 320 South Bedford Road, Bedford Corners-$3,795,000. Also in 2013 sold Rabbit Hill-402 Sarles Street, Bedford Corners-$4,200,000 and Northview-91 Old Corner Road-$2,350,000,
2012 - Listed and sold Greenhorse, 292 Bedford Banksville Rd, Bedford-$3,885,000. Listed and sold Will O' Woods-1300 Journeys End Rd, Croton-on-Hudson-$5,500,000.
2011 - Sold Holly Hill, Brooke Astor's beloved country estate in Briarcliff Manor, NY. At $6,450,000, this property is the highest recorded sale ever in Briarcliff. Listed and sold 142 Clinton Rd. for $6,250,000; a nine acre estate in the Guard Hill section of Bedford and the highest recorded sale in Bedford for 2011. Sold 194 Titicus Rd. in North Salem for $3,900,000; a 49 acre estate on the Titicus Reservoir, the largest parcel to trade in Westchester in 2011.
2010 - Listed Will O' Woods, in Croton on Hudson, a 45 acre 1930's art deco estate, overlooking an eight acre private lake.
2009 - Listed Holly Hill, The Brooke Astor Estate, over 64 acres overlooking the Hudson River. The stone mansion was designed by the renowned firm Delano and Aldrich.
2008 - Listed and Sold Rockledge, The Joseph and Judy Donovan estate in Chappaqua for $8,372,500, the highest ever recorded sale in Chappaqua.
2007 - Listed and Sold Lost Pond Farm, a 16 acre horse farm in North Salem for $4 million. Listed and Sold The Luckninbill Farm, Larry Luckinbill and Lucy Arnaz's 15 acre estate in Katonah for $2,875,000.
2006 - Listed and Sold Blantyre, The Leonard and Enid Boxer estate in Bedford for $4,500,000.
